The study of limits is a major theme of modern math and physics. Contemporary psychology and theology could expand from deeper dives into limits that define our lives. What are the limits of our minds and our hearts? Can we imagine that there are parallel universes? What are the limits that define families and communities? How do we expand the time of our lives?
Jim is the Director of the Cancer Prevention Research Center at the University of Rhode Island. He started attending Muskegon College on a scholarship to become a Presbyterian Minister and ended up at Wayne State University with a PhD in Psychology. Jim has been a Pledging Friend of UUCM since the spring of 2016.
