We live in a world so full of voices and noise that make it hard to hear anything above the din. But beneath all the noise, the universe is singing a love song. The ancient “Song of Songs” from the Hebrew Bible calls us to listen to hear the love song the universe is singing to us, sometimes in unexpected ways. In this service, we will listen for the song and consider some of the many ways we can join in singing the song of love.

Tom Traylor is an Episcopal priest in the diocese of California. He is a retired hospice chaplain who worked for thirty years in end-of-life care. Tom also served for 16 years as an associate priest at All Saints Episcopal Church in San Francisco. For the past 19 years, he has had the great good fortune to share his life with his partner (and UUCM pianist) Milton Wong.
